Bidra med feedbackAfter a long day we needed peace and a drink. that is when we were on cafe le segur, next to the underground entrance. the sauvignon blanc was of great taste, and the hot! we fries on the side made it even better. such a nice host has us through the next round of drinks and the pommes, and the payment in such a good humor, we felt excited again.
This chase reminds me of the place I had eaten in the 1980s next to my office: classic French dishes, hearty and well prepared to be reasonable. there are many regular who live or work near and not another tourist in sight. I advise the selection from the daily list of dishes. at two visits were both a magret de canard, and especially a tête de veau sauce gribiche, excellent. I asked for a nice one, instead of riding with the like. it was just skillful to drill green, but it is such a place. the waiting staff is a friendly, well oiled team. special high brands for the cafe richard coffee – one of the best French brands. if they have the appetit, the desserts are also good. try the tarte tatin.
Very nice staff with a native who eats us here and feels relaxed. it was a nice eating experience.
Hadn't planned to go here but it was open. Food was average only companions entrecôte was full of gristle. My faux filet was OK. But the pommel frittes were good. Similarly the wine was average, but not expensive either you only get what...you pay for Staff (1 waiter) was pleasant enough and spoke some English. Ambience was as you would expect. But it was open when we needed food. Thanks for that.
We stopped here for an early morning espresso and crossant. We stood at the counter like a Parisian.. Great local cafe with a great atmosphere even early in the morning. The waiter was really quirky.
