Bidra med feedbackLunch based with meat and French cheeses. We all loved it. The cheese was so tasty that we ordered an extra portion. The waiters were a little bit arrogant at the beginning but after they saw we are not cheap American clients (which happens so often in Paris... they started treating us with more respect and care. I would recommned to my friends.
I don't usually leave comments on the networks. What a wonderful evening spent in Saint Sebastian, the service is relaxed and very professional, the wine map is intended to satisfy all tastes and budgets. In the plate, fine and especially fresh products. Ambiance to the top we'll be back soon!
A little disappointing. Very nice team, but the terrace on the sidewalk with the pedestrians that pass between the tables is not super pleasant. Quality of incredible products and careful work but it was missing from qqch. and prices are a little expensive ... a barb cooked to perfection but whose portion was very small with a simple salad of beans and fennel for 29€ it is hallucinating. But we had a nice dinner.
I went with my husband and we had a very good experience. The welcome is warm and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The wine card is well chosen: the price is correct given the proposed quality (difficult to be mistaken with the proposed choice and the help of the sommelier . The gastronomy is remarkable: with very fresh ingredients, the chef makes creative and harmonious remarks (the combination of flavors, textures and fragrances is very well mastered. Even the slightly heavier ingredients are offered in a balanced and light manner. The desserts are simple, but also wanted. They complement the whole menu very well. And to finish with perfection they offer us a coffee with selected grains, prepared with a machine La Marzocco (which dispenses comments... .
Excellent address for wine lovers. Bastien is a brilliant sommelier who talentedly selects the future stars of the vineyard. The kitchen is not left. That's great. Go.
