Our girls offered us a boxing and we chose this restaurant based on its map of the dishes offered and after consulting the reviews. There is an excellent welcome and it is given to us the restaurant map without restrictions. We took a lobster bisque and a roast caille in the entrance, sublime, tasteful and well presented. In the main dish, a cooked pork stock wrapped with honey at low temperature on a bed of red cabbage itself cooked with goose fat, all accompanied by a black pinot of Ribeauville. It is paradise so delicious, melting and generously served. The stock is planned for 2 people, the rest has been put in a carry box and we have had for 2 other meals at home. Desert a leaf with rhubarb and a fig pod with rosemary. This makes a map with home dishes prepared by chef Stéphane Martin who doesn't hesitate to come chat with the guests and explain his way of cooking. To your taste buds, you will not be disappointed.
