Pierre Herme - Paris

We were visiting Paris to visit and we bought 4 signature pastries that we shared so that we could taste everything and I can tell you that it was exceptional. The taste of flavors in the mouth, the vanilla which delight, the thousand pralined leaf excellent in brief even if the cake was at 10 euros we savored it gently and we do not regret.

Very good 2000 leaves, our favorite as well as the Sour Chocolate.... Disappointment for the Saint-Honoré with soft paste and which lacks flavors ...The square is also a must for our son especially!

For the first time I am disappointed, not for pastries that are always a pleasure to taste. But by the price of patisseries that have increased significantly.10 to 12 euros it becomes indecent. At this level of patisserie alone of the cakes and bread of Clair Damon remains at a justified price.I didn't expect to write this one day on Pierre Herme
