Correct, there was no Paprika ds the goulasch. Bortsch lacked vinegar, the cheesecake lacks lemon and is too floury.... Not very original, I expected more Polish specialties more worked.
I like the Polish cuisine of Paris Polska. All dishes are homemade, and I find the flavor of the kitchen of my grandmother. The reception is very warm and the service very kind and fast. We're always having a good time with friends. You always feel like home.
