Liquide Par Substance - Paris

First time in Liquid for New Year's meal. The room is really nice, with a warm atmosphere. We feel the modern tavern spirit. The kitchens are open, it adds atmosphere, good music. Good cocktails even if not much choice tonight. The service is pleasant but a little quick. A little more time to explain wines and dishes would have really been a plus. Some members in the room had I think more seniority than others and were more comfortable than I think. The menu was very well done. Seafood, fish, meat, with beautiful products. Perfect cooking, so perfect juice! The tastes are present, we have feasted. The wines are good. Great atmosphere, it feels like they have a good team and a good kitchen/salle cohesion. We're feeling really good, doing it again!

A little overrated, very expensive for what it is. Nevertheless some tapas dishes are really very worked.

Delicious restaurant. Astonishing tastes and very worked dishes. small flat for the bottle of plankoët at 6 euros.

Sophistication misplaced dishes, error of service and addition. It was good but no more, better to find for the same budget.

An exceptional meal. Everything was very good, the frame was top and the great music was chosen. Lemon dessert was amazing and chocolate mint more than surprising. No regrets will come back. Little more Mathias Marc took the time to exchange with us, super nice and in the image of the place. A guy who likes good things!
