La Donna - Paris

My son and I ate in this little jewel our last night in paris. I had the tagliatelle au saumon fume that was delicious. the calzone also looked like a real new york. the service was fast and the owner/the maitre d was charming and accommodating. this restaurant is located in the city part madeleine, where there are zillionen of restaurants; many overpriced. I mean euro for a margherita pizza at a place. they can also fly to napoli. this was by far the best value for money for our entire trip. I have made some photos because it is very modest and there is no profile picture or web page. I'll post them later. enjoy this little secret and tell no one.

Beautiful Italian restaurant with very good pizza and daily specialties very hospitable owners make them feel like home, inexpensive.

We went to this place and saw no one eat and the owner would always say hi. a nite that we had no idea for dinner, so we thought we would try lonely kerl. he was friendly and accommodating. his English was...limited, but was able to communicate the menu, that is all Italian. two pizzas we had were good, our daughter salad was ok. brave beer is a little small. All-in-all, it was an okay experience.

Lunch with friends: we were tempted by the suggestion of the day, pasta with gorgonzola and raw ham at 16€! We've all been disappointed! yes there were pasta in quantity but the gorgonzola had no taste, to wonder if it was really there!! 1 slice of raw ham placed on the pasta and here it is; for 16€ it is a shame!!

A restaurant that wants to be Italian and only manages to serve you as pseudo dishes without flavor and pizzas that can certainly claim as the worst bets. To avoid!
