Kapunka Vegan - Paris

Terrible service: had to wait 15 mins to place order and another 45 mins to receive it.. and even then in two separate parts. No apology, no commercial gesture. Other clients in the same situation. Entire place apparently staffed by one completely overworked employee.

Very average food, 45min wait for one of the dishes, no willingness to show some goodwill gesture when we complained and an attempt to overcharge by 30euros. Luckily I asked for the receipt. Apparently the Swiss owner is not willing to offer any compensation for poor service, according to the waitress.

The restauant did sent us away as they claimed all seats were reserved. I had a very hard time believing that was true as the restaurant was only open for maybe another hour and no-one was arriving or was about to arrive...

Delicious, fresh, food, welcoming staff and a cool little spot. We arrived late, around 10pm and still got a fabulous meal.

Small succulent card! Tofu jumped and the green curry up. Quiet and warm atmosphere in this small Thai Parisian restaurant! Last review update on 2023-02-14
