It's been since February 20 that I've been waiting for a refund following a problem on the website during my order (nothing to see with me so)! I called 4 times, sent an email, every time I was told I was going to be refunded and I still have nothing, no refunds. It was my 8th order, I recommended Côté Sushi to everyone, well it's over!! It's unacceptable!!!
Order never arrived even after calling for an hour the restaurant and other sushi odds. Go to make yourself e n c u l e r <3
The taste is not there. Finally fade enough (although sauce and crispy onions) and lawyers not mature enough at all, crunchy limits, including in makis.
Sunday evening, we decide to order sushi, we go to the sushi side app, we are domiciled in the 18th so attached to the restaurant de la Boétie, 21h53 I receive the confirmation email that I will receive my order on 24/06 (we were 23/06) at 11h35! I think of a bug, but after 45 minutes of waiting I try to join the restaurant and realize it's... locked!! I try to join another sushi side, they tell me they're crossed!! I was well debited from the amount of the order, I sent two forms to the customer service and no return from them I demand a return and a refund
