This caffe offers simple, but especially well maintained meals. fresh, seasonal, full taste. the coffee is also delicious. brouillon works with fèves, a pariser brattier.
The owner koch barrista put his money where his heart and mouth are. he takes care of the planet and shows. he also likes to experiment with taste and texture: eating is original and tasty. I will definitely recommend this place.
Okay, so I find them a little expensive they definitely find cheaper fresh coffee beans elsewhere (even if bought directly from a cooperative) but their coffee beans made for amazing coffee to house! oddly, I was not a big fan of the coffee I served there, but I think it was a fuke, so I will try again. the thymian and tahini cookies were incredible. the man who worked there was really nice to speak clearly passionate about coffee and great.
I had great café au lait with oat milk and a tahini cookie which sounds strange but was really nice, tasting a bit like peanut. I also had a rhubarb and strawberry tart which contained ground pepper it's really nice too but the pepper took me by surprise a bit. The cookie and the tart were less sweet than normal which was a nice surprise.
