An Com - Paris

I ate in this restaurant several times when I was training next to it. As a result, this is the best Vietnamese restaurant I ate on Paris. All the dishes I ate a delight... The excellent bobun, the delicious Vietnamese Crêpes. The staff is very nice. To choose between this restaurant or my formation...I have largely preferred this restaurant which was my sunlight noon.

I love this place for what it is and pretend to be. Situated in a lively, colourful area, this small hotel is a Thailand-based change of scenery. Authentic cuisine concocted by the boss, service made by the boss, friendly atmosphere; the space reserved for tables necessarily promotes exchanges with other customers. I am recidivist and happy with the idea of returning.

Dropped by to grab a vermicelli bowl (bun bo) for takeout. Was immediately greeted by a young man who helped me with ordering. An older man who I suspect was the owner came out and chatted with me as the food was being prepared. Kind dudes! The food itself was very delicious. French Viet food is more fresh than what I get back home. The portion of meat was very generous and I actually had a hard time mixing my bowl because there was so much meat. The sauce was salty, sweet and zesty. Definitely recommend if you’re craving Vietnamese food!
