Bad service for food delivery was delayed and 2 orders were wrong. The waiter was not attentive and the service was bad.

The food was good, the ambience was nice, but the value and service was missing. I feel at the price of nobu signature, they should serve more than just salmon, groupers, mussels and shrimps. These are all relatively cheap seafood, we have received the smallest piece of caviar, but definitely not enough to balance the value. Service was another problem I had. At the beginning of the meal I was told that I felt free to ask any questions, and so I did, although my server felt like I was annoying them with them. On another note, the detailed explanations of the accompaniment of the arrival of our foods were not matched to my expectation of Nobu. I told things like: white fish (several times until I asked what was exactly the white fish), and said the rock shrimp shell should be accompanied with shishtake mushrooms, my dish had no. When I kindly asked to have the mushrooms I was told about, the server was willing to fire my dish again. Although, to my disappointment I received the dish and had only a quarter of fungus to eat with all shrimps on the plate. As I said, the food was good (not excellent), the ambience was beautiful. But that's why I felt the value and service was missing. Disappoint.

Wrote already a review but was not saved apparently. Great terrace and outstanding service of Ysa who got along great with our 14 months niece Sabel. The food and experience was not in term of taste, originality and design at the level we expected considering the Nobu reputation but good and well executed.
