Bidra med feedbackTerrible experience. I don't even know where to start. At first I waited ten minutes before someone welcomed me. Then another 18 minutes without anyone coming over the offer to take our order. I literally called the restaurant from our table and when they answered, I asked if they could send someone to table 31. Finally, a child comes over the order. Two simple burgers. Takes 30 minutes for dinner, maybe longer. Everything for a burger that's burned! No question about the level of well done here. See photo. Finally, they send another one at this point where I've eaten alone. Donut tower was order for dessert, but she took an onion tower so that took 25 minutes to come. Wasn?t the server errors. Among the employees and the poor child, he was in his shift for 8 hours. Poor administration and service everywhere the toilet has gone since Covid met.
I take my children for the first time to get Red Robin's experience. The middle service after we placed our order lasted long. And you have ordered our food 3 burgers no appetizers only drinks and main course. And also no napkins or utensils I had to ask for these articles I wished that the waiter was more attentive.. Other table came later then we did and got their food first than we.. Once the Burgers Came out There were no complaints everything was perfectly cooked Fries Too. Don't think I'll be back to this place for a while. Even if it's closer to where I live, I'll go to other places.
Sun, 15. May 2022 Place: Paramus, NJ Hostess never saw us in the eyes. She never said hello or welcome to Red Robin's, etc. She was dressed as if she went to a dance club. We sat confusing for them, although the restaurant was less than 25% full. My wife and I looked at the menus, decided what we wanted within 2 minutes and was never greeted by any waiting staff. Several went past us, took other orders, but after 15 minutes we ignored enough. One of the coldest employees we have ever experienced with zero greeting and zero recognition. TERRIBLE! Who's doing this? Or is there any administration?
Bad experience I ever had with this special Red Robin. Service was terrible! Ordered a Seltzer, never got, ordered a milkshake, got him after the woman had finished her meal, not given above utensils, and or napkins. I don't know. McDonald would have been a better choice.
This was my first time dining at Red Robin's in years. I went with my family and the experience and food was mediocre. Our waiter was friendly but he forgot about us. We waited a long time for our food and drinks yet the restaurant wasn't busy. We saw that a party that came in at least 20 minutes or so behind us received their orders before us. To add insult to injury, by the time we got our food one of the orders was not correct. The waiter resolved the issue but by that point we were ready to go. I will give them another try but probably no time soon.
