Panera Bread - Paramus

I've seen TWICE employees that use the rest room and walk straight out WITHOUT WASHING their hands at all! Not even with water. I called the Health Department.

It was good service, nice people delicious iced tea. The only reason I took a star away is because there was some staff confusion about the tea options and when asking a staff member about the label on one of their tea canisters (which was wrong),the girl nicely confirmed to me that it was wrong without switching it herself. I ended up switching it.

I ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich. The sandwich is mostly bread with very little of anything inside. For the amount they charge, I'd hoped for a decently filled sandwich. Pretty disappointed.

Did the drive-thru, ordering experience was fine, although there should be a menu BEFORE you get to the microphone. After ordering the food took less than 5 minutes, but during that time a long line of cars developed behind us. The food itself wasmostly bread. My passenger's order had limited sauce whilst mine had too much. Both didn't have enough meat. Not coming back,not worth the price.

I must be one of the very few folks who never ordered from a Panera Bread restaurant since they went to using iPads for all their ordering! I was astonished st how easy it was to place my lunch order snd how fast it was to pick up my salad, latte and delicious chocolate chip cookie! And everything I ate was delicious and reasonably priced.
