Gregorys Coffee - Paramus

This was my first time coming here. The decor is rlly trendy. But having more square tables would be more helpful when it comes down space for food, ex. The drink I got was AMAZING though. I got a spring special. There was so many flavors, that mixed well together, and the dry flower petals on top made for a cut aesthetic for it. My friend got a vanilla latte that she said was splendidly average. I got the spicey avo toast. When it said Spicey ,it wasn't wrong. My friend got a breakfast sandwich. It was extremely small for one though. I would suggest adding for variety to the hot food menu. One thing to keep in mind is how EXPENSIVE this place is. It would be nice for lower prices too.

This was my first time visiting a Gregorys Coffee. I loved the look and feel of the place and was delighted by the branding on everything. My group ordered 7 different drinks to sample a bit of everything and Boris was so nice and quick about it. The Fall Oat Boy was a standout. I definitely want to come back to try some of the food; seems like a great place for working or reading.

Definitely becoming one of my go to spots for coffee. We had it once and we keep on coming back. I really should try more of the other types of coffee

Horrible service. Horrible employees. Horrible management. We went out of our way to drive 40 minutes to this establishment because my friends recommended it. There was a trainee working at the front who got all of our orders wrong and failed to apologize. I asked for oat milk in my latte and he put whole milk instead. He was also very rude and kept making snide remarks at us while making the drinks. The manager then came out later on saying that this employee was in training. That’s fine, a trainee is still learning right? But if that was the case, why was the manager doing other things in the back for the entire 20 minutes it took for this trainee to make the drinks? Even worse, after restarting our drinks, they also took the orders of new customers and started making their drinks instead of ours. Waiting for 30 minutes at this point. They even splashed water on the other customers from behind the counter and the manager said “it’s just water.” That is truly shocking and extremely laughable. Very discriminatory behavior towards customers too, as we were all Asians. In the end, the drinks were forgetful and nothing like what was advertised. This experience was so atrocious to the point where my friend who recommended this place was apologizing to me. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend. Waste of your time and money.

Great vegan sandwiches.I literally crave vegan deluxe and vegan deluxe burrito.
