Bowl was two bites worth , chips were stale and workers skimped us on all entrees

At 8pm, when the order was placed, the staff said they were out of more than a few items. In the time I was there eating, there were more than 20 guests who were served these items. Terrible customer service at this locating more than once.

To have people that are physically standing Infront, and to tell them “ have to order online “ is RIDICULOUS. Customer service is the worst!! Take a minute, remember the good old days when people loved chipotle, now take a minute to read your reviews and see that you absolutely suck balls.

The food is awesome, customer service is amazing. Sonia the manager is super great. I could eat here everyday.

I made an on line order and it delivered to a different location than the one I gave
