Very very disappointing, the place was not very clean and the worker offered us nothing behind the theke like chocolate or fudge or anything and was all the time on the phone.

It's so good, just add your panties to make it yourself. I love the strawberry Swirl with fresh strawberries and only a bunch of chocolate chips. A great way to cool down on the hot south days.

Love the service, the atmosphere and the cuddly animals. I love adding my own things, it makes fun to be kreatiw. my children love this place and always want to come here. the owner is so thoughtful and gives special credits for students for various reasons. he has such a kind and generous heart.

Go there if you like to get dizzyed. the place was dirty from the floor to the deck and there was no choice. I was literally sick after I dropped my $13. this place is a violation of the health code.

I have been to swirlz many times before and have loved it, but i am highly disappointed with their quality now. first, i walked into a mess of toppings on the floor and the topping area. i understand if they were busy at the time and couldn’t clean it up, but the workers were on their phones the entire we were there. they were even on their phones when i asked for help. secondly, there were limited toppings. i enjoyed swirlz before because of the topping options before, but they literally only have cereals, pretzels, and chocolate chips as toppings. where’s the fruit, brownie bites, popping boba, etc that you’ve had before?? the froyo options were also limited. there were 5 froyo options. the cup sizes have decreased significantly as well. i understand that a business can have changes, but they have changed for the worst. overall, bad experience and i’ll probably never be back as long as they continue this quality of service.
