Rude argumentative one could not get pizzas directly then became hostile,loud only extremely rude, venerable customer service ever. if decent pizza with pleasant people who serve them is what they want go elsewhere

Last November.17 I ordered online thru afterpay in the value of $57.80 after I check out I notice that the delivery date that I set is the next day so that I cancel it immediately and reorder the same item with uber isst. I demand them for my refund, which I said that their testament will be refunded after one or two days, but has not happened, so I call and tomorrow after 12 o'clock or 17 o'clock, because the manager is not here. if I'm not mistaken, I called her almost 5 times after the refund coz she still relieve my card. then they called me once that they already process the afterpayment by email to my refund. After several days of waiting, I try to write an email repayment if they already edit my refund, but the email back said they can not only process the dealer. I even try to send their customer service by e-mail, no answer yet. his almost 1 month wait until now no clear answer and no refund. they have the bad customer service.

They made me wait for 1 hour just for 6 chicken wings and paste. Worst service

Please ensure you add up your order before the lady owner puts it through the register. She tried to charge me $28.70, then $26 and suggested 'it 's only 50 cents difference ' blaming the Point of Sale for the incorrect amount. The vibe was cunning and she insisted on placing the order when the young fella was already at the register ready to place the order. When I collected my order a male with his glasses (in reading mode position) sternly asked if I had paid. Surf and turf pizza had small bits of ground beef and canned prawns, one per slice. Wings were drenched in hot and spicy sauce and they offered an additional sauce on top. Didn 't have high expectations and wanted a trip down memory lane. Sadly this place was as bad as what I thought it would be. Saw two orders in the warmer, not sure if it will survive 2023 unless kitchen nightmares pays a visit
