Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

The restaurant consistently gets orders wrong. They missed a burger, forgot to include nugget sauce, and placed the chips on top of everything in the takeout bag.

2 burgers and 2 drinks ordered and wait 20 minutes. veggie burger was greasy that they could see the oil get out! chicken parmy was dry as if day before! and protein boost was no protein boost as ordered!

We ordered two large chocolate shakes with our meals. Unfortunately, they tasted dense and frothy instead of icy. One had an overwhelming double chocolate flavor that was way too intense, while the other was just plain vanilla. It was very disappointing!

I dive on a Sunday morning once in the month in this mcdonald to get a burger and without fail I will wait between 6-9 minutes from the time of ordering up to the time of receiving. I don't remember the last time I wasn't sent to the waiting bay.

I spent the morning at this restaurant while waiting for my car to be serviced nearby. I tried to order from the menu outside but found it challenging, so I went inside to the front of house instead. Unfortunately, they were unable to take my payment. However, the cappuccino I ordered was excellent and made just the way I like it. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't working, making it feel like a sauna inside on a warm day. I recommend getting the issue fixed promptly for the comfort of your customers.
