Velvet Treat Family Garden and Bar

The dining experience was disappointing. We went on a Friday night and regretted our decision to eat there. The service was also not good.

The restaurant, also known as Velvet Dhaba, is located on National Highway 4 in the suburb of Panvel. One of the highlights is that the kitchen is open until 6 o'clock and they offer a variety of Indian Chinese and Indian dishes. Being a bar and restaurant, they also have a wide selection of alcoholic drinks available. The food quality is decent and the prices are on the higher side, but that doesn't seem to deter customers as they serve food until after midnight on weekdays. The restaurant is spacious and can accommodate up to 1000 people. At the entrance, there is a paan shop and a pool with large catfish. Visitors can also catch a glimpse of fighters, turkeys, cats, and a Labrador. Overall, it's a great place to hang out with a large group.

The food was not enjoyable, making it unsuitable for a family outing. I visited on a Friday evening and immediately regretted my decision. The staff also left much to be desired.

The food quality is okay and the price is quite high, however it doesn't matter because they serve you food after midnight on a highway. The place is huge and have ample of space for 1000 people to fit in. There is pan shop at the entrance and have a pool of big cat fish at the entrance. You can also see fighter ****, turkey, cats and a Labrador. Good place to hang around with large group.
