Shivneri - Panvel Sub-District

Before we went into the hotel, we asked owner, if food is available without onion and garlic, Rascal owner said yes. We ordered food, took parcel and went home, food had onions and garlic in it. Next day, we went to hotel to complain, they started verbal fight with us. 1 st they said, you never camet to our Hotel, 2nd they said, you came in night, we actually went in afternoon, 3rd they said we don't know who took your order, owner was arrogant, and finally rascal owner said, even jain people eat onion and garlic, why do you people have problem....? Very disappointed by owners behavior, Michael is waiters name, I think he has some hearing problem, whatever you say, he finds it difficult to understand. He is liar as well. We ate some food at hotel, that food was below average, both quality and quantity wise . Better option is Hotel Navaratna, 10 km away from Hotel Shivneri. Never visit Hotel Shivaneri .
