Driver got lost and I had to call him several times to give him directions when his GPS should be working. My food was late for more than an hour

Food took much longer than expected and for the first 20-30 minutes, the delivery status said my food was on it’s but it was not because no rider appeared on the map. I also had no way of helping the rider to find me. He took a wrong turn which made him go around the whole campus which could have been avoided had I been able to communicate to him directly.

You delivered old salmon poke bowls. It was not fresh. Very, very disppointing and deceitful of you.
