Where do i even start ? My partner and I went dining there 3 times during our stay in Panglao. We loved it so much every single time, not one single dish disappointed us. Alessandro is the kindest owner and will make you feel welcome at his restaurant. Always a nice word, some advice, he’s a gem ! We tasted pizzas, lasagna, burrata, fettuccine it was the best. Absolute fan of the truffle burrata, i’ve never had one like that before, it was just delicious. My partner fell in love with the truffle fettuccine! The sauce was creamy, so tasty and once again, just delicious. The pizza’s crust is perfect, just like you want it, and you can definitely taste the homemade mozzarella. This place is great, probably the best Italian in Panglao ! We can’t wait to come back to Panglao one day to go back to this restaurant ! :
