We could not have found a more beautiful location. A fantastic visit to Napier, with everything we needed on site, including a scenic boardwalk to enjoy. More restaurants, antique shop and a gallery nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful place to stay. I booked 13 of us into 4 units. So comfortable and such friendly lovely staff, after a huge trip from Whangarei and all Pensioners. Definitely in my book of accommodation if we come back to Napier. The views, the clean and tidings, the really comfy beds, it was so welcoming all round.. 10/10

This place is absolutely splendid! The receptionists are one in a million 'hostesses with the mostest ', very helpful and very friendly. The view is spectacular! The balcony room met all expectations for comfort and cleaniness, 10 out of 10. The bathroom, oh my gosh love it! The cleaning staff were very professional and very friendly. We ate at the onsite restaurant, again the staff were top notch not to mention, the food was worthy of ordering, eating and mentioning.Thank you so much for a enjoyable and memorable stay East Pier Hotel, Napier.
