Delight Plus Chinese

Good taste for steam Spareribs with black bean sauce.but ordering this dish need some more patient about 20 minutes.

I visited Delight Plus after a very long gap. The restaurant has been renovated since my last visit, and it is looking great. The carpeted floor really helps with acoustics, it such a pleasure being able to hear my friends speak without having to strain. We ordered 4 dishes for the 3 of us and each dish was delicious. Will definitely return.

Great place for authentic cantonese/Hong Kong fair Epic roast pork and Peking duck order in the morning or day before for best quality and avaliability. Spicy calamari is a favorite here and Chinese broccoli and beef. Wonton soup is a must have for lunch delicious. Good beer and wine range. Beware, ensure you book ahead, limited space and service can be stretched, can be very busy.

I happened to meet up with a group of local Chinese from Napier and they told me this is the only Chinese restaurant they would go (well except takeaway shops), so that tells me about its authenticity for Cantonese food. Their roast duck and 'golden fried prawn balls ' were the highlights of my meal, while some other dishes are average similar comparing to Chinese eateries in Auckland. But that 's enough for me to give a high score considering it 's located in a small city with only thousands of Chinese population.

We were in Napier for holiday and went to this restaurant/takeaway 3 days in a row! Food was consistently good even when it was super busy -full house customers waiting for takeaways. May not be a great place for a speedy feed during dinner rush. Roast duck and wok fried beef/pork are top-notch! We will definitely go back!
