Your sandwich is always going to taste good, but whoever else they have hired they need to fire them especially that manager who works during the day most of the time. I’m so sorry but they suck at making sandwiches and it doesn’t matter. If you tell them what to put on it they’re going to put like the smallest amount and if you ask for more, they’re gonna put the amount that you’re supposed to already have.
Wish I could leave ZERO STARS!!!! I placed an online order at 1238p, arrived at the location around 1245pm (pulled up to the online order pick up window), my order was marked ready at 1255pm. I sat there until 1:16pm. Nobody came to the window at all. No signs anywhere saying they don't use the window. NOTHING. So I call as I'm leaving, now late for work and tell the guy who answered that I didn't have time to wait any longer for someone to acknowledge me sitting there at the window, and if they could just give me a credit for the order and I would pick it up tomorrow And the guy wanted to argue with me on the phone and say they don't use the online pick up window when they're busy that you have to come inside and pick up your order. I was unable to come into the restaurant that's why I specifically placed a pick up order at that location because of the drive-through window. I've worked in busy restaurants before I get it. I know what it's like, I get it they only had two people working but the guy had plenty of time to go back and sit there and text on his phone which I could see through the window so that means they had plenty of time to at least open the online pick up window and say hey listen we're busy. Can you come inside and pick up your order. None of that was ever done. Instead, I was completely ignored and then when I called I got nothing but attitude from this guy. I will wait 2 to 3 business days for my refund and I will make it a point to not go back to that location at all. Which I get it I'm one Customer out of 100 so they don't care whether or not I come back but it just annoys me that even if you're busy someone could've been like hey just come inside and pick up your order. Service here SUCKS!!
I called up there after my wife went there to pick up our order for our family Because she called me saying they didn't have my order. The lady working told me over the phone it wasn't her problem not offering any kinda salutations even after telling her this was my kids super and it's already been paid for and showed her the proof of the order. If you cant handle customer service don't get a job that requires customer service.
Terrible customer service. I ordered sandwiches and prepaid online to this exact subway, they said did not get the order, and said there was nothing they could do. She didn't give me any suggestions to try to help me figure out how to fix this issue. She said it's not her problem.
This place is old as hell and the price for the subs are ridiculous,if u want to pay too much for nothing then this is the place for u.Need a major overhaul for the store.
