Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Panama City

We ordered a chicken sandwich red beans and rice and apple pie. We got our sandwich and pie. No red beans I called and spoke to the manager she said I can come pick them up (even though I did doordash) or I can have them doordash again..which costs me more money..Or I can pick them up with in two weeks!!! (Now why would I want my red beans and rice two weeks after my sandwich)..That manager needs fired!!°°

I've been here a lot and it seems like they're allergic to giving you the sauces you pay for. It's gotten to the point I only get it to go so I can use my sauces at home.

I went into the drive thru and placed my order. Traffic was heavy, so I decided to pull into a parking place and eat a little bit and let traffic die down. I open the bag to only find the side item with no chicken. I went into the store, and it appeared to be the manager. maybe or assistant manager at the desk. I explained what happened and she asked me where the sandwich was, I explained that I ordered fried chicken and not a sandwich, It should have been the three piece meal. She was very adamant that I ordered a sandwich. It was finally resolved, but there was much too much drama over the wrong meal, and I had my receipt. I will try it one more time, but if I have a similar experience or my food is wrong, I will be done and not try again. I rarely eat fried chicken and it was very frustrating when the order was wrong. Then I was given regular chicken when I ordered the spicy. SMH It is fast food chicken. And I just don't think it should be this difficult to get an order correct.

Faster service. Hot food. service. fries could have cooked a minute longer.

Popeyes is amazing. Most of them are better than KFC in my opinion, but there are a few here and there that you don't want to go to, just like other fast food places. Customer service isn't great at most of the ones I've been to though
