Dairy Queen Grill Chill

The drive through should not take 20 min and be pulling people forward to wait for there food especially when there is two cars in the drive through. Once I got my order I realized there was no ketchup in the bag so I go inside and there is no one at the counter I stand there and wait and everyone seems to busy to help one person at the front and there is only two cars waiting outside at that time this places customer service is really sad here. They had only one cook. He was wearing gloves. He was smiling and didn't get upset when it was getting busy. And the gentleman running the drive-thru had on a glove also. So he didn't touch the food barehanded. That's a big plus. The burgers were a little on the small side compared to some places. They use REAL dill pickles and NOT the bread-n-butter pickles. Which makes the food taste different. The food was great. And the staff was polite, friendly and welcoming. I WILL be going back to this location. Every night I go in this location and get ice cream the staff is ALWAYS SO KIND! It's sad we live in a world so full of hate ,but the staff here are above and beyond, there's one guy in there and he served me every time I have went in and always gives me discounts and is always so nice !
