Hikaru Sortis - Panama City

I went to the other one in Marbella and I really liked this restaurante. So I tried the one in Sortis. It's spacious place in Hotel Sortis and the quality is always excellent and authentic. They have Japanese whisky and sake which is quite rare you can find in Panama city!! Highly recommend!

I had some of the best sushi I have experienced in this restaurant. The service was very good and wines reasonably priced. I had a mixed sushi plate with 12 pieces and was not at all disappointed.

Hotel stay was actually very good. the staff, the location, the restaurants in the hotel were very good and comfortable. the reason for my 3-star review is because the entire hotel smells like mold. my room, the lobby, the flur. it came into my clothes, I am back in the states and had to wash the smell of my clothes.

I’m giving this hotel 4 stars only because the hot tub wasn’t hot at all. The custom service on the other hand was absolutely amazing I give them 5 stars for sure! Kelly is on of the bartenders at the bar right next to the pool. She was absolutely amazing! Very attentive and made sure my friends and I felt right at home. Kelly is the epitome of customer service. She really made our stay here as best as it could’ve been! I’ll be back soon!

The best Japanese restaurant in panama imo. this new location has a lot of space and an outside area. there is valet parking available.
