Cascomar - Panama

Paella was terrible- shrimp was mushy, seafood tasted bad, rice was a bit overcooked, bland extremely greasy. The tapa we had was decent but the paella was the worst I’ve ever had.

We spent a week in Casco Viejo and our whole family voted our dinner at CascoMar as the best food of the week. We sat on the terrace and had a lovely dinner (the paella in particular was delicious! and the waitress was very friendly and helpful.

The Paella was so good. Seafood is very fresh. Grilled Octopus was very tender. Service and environment was very good.

I’m a local and I do recommend to come here. Paella and rest of menu are delicious, super fresh and high quality products. Service is also great, the patio has a decent space and the light make it romantic and chic.

Reservations are a must here if you want to eat on the patio, which is what you should do. Food is good. Service is amongst the best we've had in Panama City. Cute spot for dinner.
