Bidra med feedbackI had one of the three labeled vegetarian options (only two vegan:) vegetarian tofu spits and some grilled carrots and roasted garlic brot. the service was fast and friendly. the food was filled and good for what it was, the tofu was a bit bland and needed more season. they bring good spicy sauces and dips with the meal. If their omni friends want to come, it is good to have a vegan option, but I would not go back for what they offer.
Not quite vegan but great options, great location and a very attentive waiter (raoul.) he patiently explained to me the vegan dishes they have and when he served it, he said that the tofu was cooked separately.
We asked for the vegan super vegetarian. very fast service, we had to catch our bus and the kitchen did a quick task to prepare the eating. we got garlic bread that we had not eaten, because it was very likely to contain milk. too many plastic bags. be careful to take away.
My review comes from another perspective: guajimbos has almost every night live music, and I sing there two nights per week. I see how many customers come and I eat there regularly. guajimbos has good salads that make her wish. the sweet soup is freshly made and can be ordered with our without tofu. my man usually gets the pincho vegetarier: a grilled kebob from tofu, wobbles, red pfeffer and tomaten. they also have a super vegetariano that has tofu and tempo along with sweet and rice (brown) or kartoffels. the service in restaurants in pana is usually slow, but not in guajimbos: they have the best service staff in the city. the portions are quite large, and eating is consistent (although not stellar) in a city with limited vegan options, the decisions here are better than most. if they sit on a table on the street, the providers who come to try to sell them can be annoying (they come in many of the pana restaurants.)
