Wendy's - Palos Heights

So tired of most Wendy's closing their lobbies to customers . This is the third different location that I have been to in the last year and they are the same. Closed lobbies are bad for business

Love there food but constantly don't get my bacon on burgers.

Terrible service, when ordering was being asked multiple times if I was done yet. Ridiculous will never return with the ignorant drive thru lady. Food was forgotten and cold.

I stood waiting for ten mins as all the staff staired at me. Finally someone came up to help while the rest of staff stood there. It’s sad to say they had one person cleaning the entire floor as the restroom stood around talking very disappointed

Worst and dumbest employees ever !!!! and no manager on site to complain about their dumb employee
