Cafe Coffee Day - Palolem

Friday afternoon 31. januar we were looking for the streets around palolem beach and we thought here to be a coffee and a bit rest. must admit, found the front a bit put out, saw a little shy and did not seem open....The outside sitting area was not very welcoming, but we stopped and went in. we ordered 2 regular lattes that came to 310 rupien each about £3.30. Although we were the only customers, it took a while until the coffee could be produced. when it was served, it was a reasonable cup of coffee. the type that served us was polite and friendly. there was free wlan.

Terrible. terrible coffee, unfriendly staff, no atmosphere, they calculate more than the quoted place. must be switched off

Samosa was good. Cappuccino was also good. However, the air conditioning system did not work so that we had to sit outside and had to go in for every little ding we needed. be it brown sugar or ketchup. also the tables were not cleaned.

We went there in the next season in juli. I ordered cold coffee (another name on the menu). I've got a rat pool in the one I was pumped from. I rushed into the washroom to try to take out what I drank, but. somehow I didn't get sick. I informed the service staff and they apologised and gave me another cold coffee, but I couldn't drink as I was somehow traumatized.

If you are looking for a good cup of coffee then go here. I would opt for take away as the venue isn't amazing compared to all the other lovely places in palolem but if you are craving a decent coffee then do it! The...loo's are clean too.
