Peet's Coffee - Palo Alto

Honestly, before I came to this location, I was not a fan of Peet's! I had been to multiple Peet's locations and nothing ever really stood out to me.I started coming here 2 3 times a week because of how close my work is. This is where I learned to love the establishment. I am an avid matcha latte fan. For the longest time I was getting my matcha lattes here wrong! I always wondered why they never tasted that good, and I realized it was just because I wasn't tailoring it to my liking.Mirella is my favorite! She helped me figure out that I should substitute the simple syrup in the matcha latte with honey syrup, and I eventually learned to add extra matcha so that I could taste more matcha flavor. She and the other baristas are always super friendly, even when I stop by at 6:15 am on a weekday (I know everyone is just waking up too, but they're always up there with warm and welcoming attitudes .Definitely better than any other Peet's location out there. Wonderful people, wonderful drinks, everything is perfect. Wouldn't change a thing!(No seating inside or outside btw just a grab go type of place.

The matcha lattes at Peet's are always on point! Also, the staff are all friendly and prepare the drinks with care! My first time here, I ordered a medium size and the person taking my order was very generous and she gave me a large. Today, the person preparing my order was so attentive to detail, he even called out to me to offer me a more comfortable size straw for my drink!

I live out of town where there is no Peets. When I come visit, the Homer Street store is the 1 I always come back to. The service,drinks,food and vibe are always that pleasant, Berkeley, laid back type of feeling. Mariela( I hope that's right) is always so sweet and a consistent. Now that Anthony is back????,OMG he is such a refreshing breath of air
