Lulu's Town Country Village - Palo Alto

The Burritos are delicious, but the staff is so surly that I hesitate to undo next. I never felt compelled to leave a critique before until tonight when people worked there, so rudely rude and unpleasant. This is a problem that could easily be handled by better management!

One of my favorite places, if you go here, please try their mini-Carnitas chimichangas. Absolutely amazing

Tacos basically as a box of ingredients you can use to make tacos. Some assembly required.

Got a super burrito that was really good, but the staff wouldn?t give me salsa for my burrito since you need to pay for salsa. Heads up that?s why it isn?t 5 stars for me.
