Roma Pizza - PALMYRA

The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. I ordered the pizza with extra crispy crust and it was just right. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Roma used to be the best restaurant in town. However, now their service is terrible. They took $60 from me, their website is not functioning properly, and I didn't receive my food after waiting for half an hour. I had to pick up the delivery order myself and when I got home, the food was inedible. They didn't give us the right order, and the pizza was cold. I do not recommend going there.

Write this review after many times of walking to Roma and set up with their terrible service, food and ATTITUDE! The last time was the last straw!

Quality is a hit or miss lately, more of a miss. It seems like they're being stingy with toppings and ingredients. Subs have had way less meat on them, bread is extremely soggy, pizza is more like cheese bread than a pizza. It's been like this for awhile now. Delivery time is pretty good though, but it's just not worth it. There are better places, with better food in terms of quality and quantity nearby with similar prices.
