Fiorino - PALMI

I ordered a panettone to the pistachio online and we were all pleasantly impressed... very soft dough and stuffed as a rule of art. Fast delivery times. Congratulations from a Calabrian moved to Tuscany but with the heart always down!

I wanted to taste this famous pastry shop in Palmi, where the usual and crowded pastries in the area. The staff is very friendly and the production, on sight, seems very inviting. The quality of the dough in fact is above the average, but the bad habit of altering the artisan product with industrial creams at the hazelnut (not to advertise has infected also this palmese workshop (like other historical pastries of the city, unfortunately that fills exaggeratedly and ruin the excellent croissants. Too bad, the “genuity” of a local product cannot have compromised with globalized products that are bought in the worst supermarkets in Milan. I put two stars on trust.
