Shaun who served us was so kind. We forgot to tell him to add oat milk on our coffee, we told him about it but he made our coffees already. We we’re going to pay for new ones, but he gave us 2 free coffees anyways. That right there is excellent customer service.

A place which thrives on making good coffee. It has a selection of slices and bagels to order. Downside is wheelchair access which is at the rear of the building but has smoke free outside seating.

Exceptional service. I was told that their coffee is one of the best in town. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to get one. Instead I opted for their Oreo Cheesecake. Still good in my books. Next time I'm in Palmy I will definitely sample the coffee.

Feeling a little bit sad about my visit to arroast today. I arrived at 3mins past 12 (which I understand they close at 12 on a Saturday) but the lights were on and the door open so thought I’d be sweet. All I wanted was a 1kg bag of beans and was told a couldn’t buy a bag cos they were closed. I buy beans all the time from Arrosta and they are always so positive but this time not so much. Just gutted I have to wait till Monday to buy beans from here now.

Very nice selection of beans, roasted fresh. Good coffee..
