Hungry Jack's - PALMERSTON CITY

The onion rings were overcooked and burnt, the chips were still cold and hard. The hamburger was cold, with cold meat, cheese, and bun. I considered calling to express concerns about bacteria, but since it was from HJ's Palmerston, I decided to just throw the meal away instead. This restaurant really needs a complete overhaul, both inside and out. It was absolutely disgusting.

There isn't much to say about Hungry Jacks, but one thing is for sure - they are quick and reliable.

Myself and others are currently having difficulty communicating with the server as they speak very little English. At the drive-thru, it can take up to 10 minutes to place an order and even then, it is often incorrect. I have witnessed customers becoming frustrated with the long wait times. It is unclear why non-English speaking individuals are placed at the drive-thru window.

The burgers are better at Hungry Jacks. Much better than that maccas rubbish, even the chips are better at Hungry Jacks and the mango slushy i would slither over broken glass on my bare back for.

The burgers are better than macas. Food is cheap and service is quick. The manager Karan was amazing with his customer service. Highly recommended
