The Coffee Bean - Palmdale

For February 3rd 2022. The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf is a great coffee shop. I remember my first time coming here was on that Unforgettable date that I had with palomita. But that was years ago and this is now. I really enjoy their caramel Blended iced coffee. There 's so much to choose from and the excellent service is very noticeable. Very friendly from the moment I walked into the very moment I walked out. Lots of thank you and lots of have a good day . I 'm not guilty, to say that I absolutely enjoyed my Blended iced caramel coffee.

Ordered an iced drink. Received it in a plastic container but no ice in it. It was room temperature. I politely asked for a cup with ice from another employee who was very sweet and gave it to me. The employee who made the drink was very rude. So sad as I have never before had this type of rude behavior at Coffee Bean. My hope is that the young lady was just having an off day. The other employees were very nice.????

Great coffee but costumer service is not as good as I was aspected. Yesterday the cashier/barista was not friendly. When I asked him questions he was very short. Today the cashier was great, beautidul smile and greetings but the barista made a horrible job with my large Americano because she was concentrated talking to another costumer. She didn't pay attention to the ingredients that I wanted such as sugar and half and half. When I asked the person incharge of the location the barista turn around and said it was an Americano with cream I was you should read your sticker or screen and make it correctly. I really like coffee bean's coffee but if costumer service will be like that I don't even want to go back again..

Ohhh yeahhh.. great coffee too bad they change their pastries. The pastries before like coconut cake was better. It feels like is going the same direction loke Starbucks in the pastry choices.

I love the dark chocolate option for iced or hot mocha. Also their chocolate muffin : rich but not unduly sweet. Tried a breakfast chibatta today. Always clean, quick, with indoor outdoor seating. Easy parking,Safe well lit to walk my dog as I am traveling through. Good bathrooms.
