Spencer's - Palm Springs

I booked a table for 2 spencers outside the terrace in advance. They demanded confirmation and I repeated the seat requirements. Again they said no problem. I took a guest to the restaurant for a special occasion. On arrival a few minutes before the reservation I was told that there were no tables outside – visible despite 2 empty tables – and that we would sit in their beautiful veranda. This veranda is like a slim attached to a substandard mobile home and is not comfortable. The reservoir and the reception aid were arrogant. Instead of making my guest uncomfortable, I decided to stay. The dinner was satisfactory, but its baits and switching tactics to promise an area of re4staurnat and then do not even come close to honour this confirmed request is fraululant. I wrote to the restorer a month ago and had no answer. They don't appreciate their customers. I told my friends to stay clear of Spencers.
