Smokin' Burgers Lounge Palm Springs, Ca

Welp found another spot that is a diamond in the rough. I’ve always found the neighborhood bars are good and this spot did not disappoint. Our server Matt was great but the bartenders were exceptional. I’m he man had an old fashioned and I had a Manhattan. Both were exceptional. And we each had the mushroom Swiss burger and it was PHENOMENAL. You will not be disappointed.

Had dinner last night. Not so friendly to certified Service Dog.I think they capture strays and use them for their burgers. Just kidding but in all seriousness, on a comparative basis the burgers are a bit small, a bit on the thin side and fairly dry. Maybe the fact they’re overcooked accounts for the size. Loved the beer on tap.

My ultimate nachos were pretty sad. I literally counted 4 black beans and three pieces of corn. The whole bottom layer of chips were stuck to the bottom of the tray by burnt cheese so we couldn't even eat them. For 15 bucks I was expecting some amazing nachos. Service was good though and my husband said he liked his burger.

Used to really like this place. My last to go visit consisted of no napkins, no utensils and my pulled pork burger had no pulled pork. I had to return for them to add it. Which wasn't even the problem the sensible thing would have to either give it me on the side or make another. However the bartender opened it looked at and took to the back to add some. Not very sanitary.

I work in Palm Springs and use to order here to eat at least once every 2 weeks. However, after yesterday, we will not be back. We ordered online, and one of my coworkers (that was on a long lunch) came back right after we placed the order. Another coworker called and asked to add on the burger. Apparently, the person on the phone was extremely rude. My supervisor went to pick up the food for us, and when she came back, she said the staff was short with her. She also wanted to check all of the food because she didn 't trust the added on burger. Well, that burger was fine but the other ones, not so much. The burger I ordered had what looked like a bite mark out of the bun. My supervisors burger was extremely burnt on one side. We decided to not risk anything and trashed all the food. We called to inform a manager to at least get some money back, but it went straight to voicemail. We called again a while later and the person on the phone was extremely defensive when I tried to explain it looked like there was a bit out of the burger. They kept arguing (which is fair) but they said I have to talk to a person to see if you can even get a refund since this was done online. No one has called me back as of yet. Here 's the pictures.
