Sandfish Sushi Whiskey - Palm Springs

Delicious food and great service. Our favorite was the zucchini flower blossoms, melt in your mouth and the Hamachi Kama.

This restaurant serves the best sushi in all of southern California. The wait staff are absolutely fantastic and the chef is truly amazing.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious and top-notch. Our server, April, was attentive and friendly. The food arrived quickly, but we were disappointed with the presentation of the sashimi platter. For $69, we received 24 pieces of high-quality sashimi, but it was all crammed into a round dish, folded in half, with only a small amount of cucumber and micro greens in the center. The presentation was lacking compared to what we expected. Despite this, we left satisfied and would definitely return. Hopefully, the presentation of the sashimi will be improved next time.

Food is excellent as was the food! I thought the restaurant didn’t look that clean and run down.

Sandfish has the best sushi in the Palm Springs area.
