Kfc - Palm Springs

Ordered a original chicken sandwich and it was dry and tough to the bite never had this problem at other KFCs. chicken tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp all day.... very disappointed...

Lobby closed WHY?? The rest of PS is open. This KFC should be replaced with a Popeys ! Manager turned AC off so guest could not dine in restaurant. WORST KFC EVER! And they always run out of products , Was there the week after and same lady manager said she could not offer drinks becuase she had no ice! She also gave me attitude, this place needs to be closed down

Went to this KFC at 6:30. Sign on the door says the dining room is open until 8:00. And it was closed and all she kept saying was go around to drive through go around to drive through why have a sign that says you're open until 8:00 when you're not

Not even worth the 10 bucks. I asked for salt and pepper. Didn't get it. I asked for a sauce. He gave me one. Like why you gotta be cheap? It isn't even your food. Fries were inedible. 3 chicken strips looked like one chicken strip split into 3. Biscuit looked like a reject. Cheap and a waste. Why they care and worry about saving when it isn't theirs?? If you are reading this... You've been warned. Don't blame me

Made two attempts to order online Thursday, both attempts were canceled and I wasn’t given a reason why. Today I was able to place the order, my card was charged, I drove to the restaurant and they informed me that they were closed, even after they took the payment. No one called to tell me even though my contact number was included in my order. They told me they are not in control of their online ordering system and gave me the number to corporate. The corporate line informed me it would be 1-3 business days before I receive a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be back.
