Bidra med feedbackI heard that Pulque is the new trendy alcoholic drink in Mexico to follow the revival of Mezcal. But with a capital B, most Mexicans with whom you speak are quite disgusting of lungs. I assume that it is due to a combination of its 1000-year recipes and lack of refinement in some rural cases. That means I have been fascinated and venerated by Pulque for a few years either not to find locally or because there is no authenticity. Although the Authenticity of Alebrije is real and I was not surprised to hear from a pulque cocktail (off menu) and jumped on the occasion to try pulque for the first time. They have used it in the most creative and provocative way to aromas of fermented agave milk and roasted coconut in a cocktail almost familiar to a rainwater white Russian drunks from a soggy paper cup. I need a hobby.

The oyster Crudo was delicious with salsa Verde mignonette and jalapenos. The Poblano soup was also wonderful. Mexican cuisine. No burritos or chips here.
Very enjoyed our meal here! I had the cauliflower appetizer (sounds unusual, but tastes fantastic) and the Roast Suckling Pig (also very good). Dessert flan was just fine. Great innovative cocktail menu. Will definitely return. Such an improvement over the last restaurant in this room (DISH).
An impeccable service and hospitality. The menu choices are an ambience, everything it is itself. So much taste, so much aroma. Palm Springs has never experienced such an authentic Mexico City Bistro. Relax and enjoy the full bar and imbibe the house specialties.
