Bidra med feedbackWe ordered the fillet with a side of asparagus and a side of green beans at the restaurant. The asparagus and green beans were delicious. However, the fillet did not quite meet my expectations. Despite this, I would be willing to return and try a different dish next time.
The food at this restaurant is generally great, with the exception of a Caesar salad that tasted extremely sour, as if it had too much vinegar. It was disappointing that this issue was not addressed.
A friend suggested we try Sip 85 restaurant. We decided to order the Beggar's Pouches and Double Cut Pork Chop, both of which were delicious. The wine list was reasonably priced and the service was very friendly. We made sure to make reservations for an early Saturday night dinner, as the restaurant quickly filled up. Despite the noise level, we enjoyed our meal and left before it became too crowded. Sip 85 has now become one of our favorite spots in the area, and we will definitely recommend it to others.
Reservation was for 6:45pm we were early but the hostess took us to our table immediately. It was nice to have iced water delivered by the hostess after sitting us. Anthony, our server, was very attentive without be intrusive. He made recommendations and was very knowledgeable of the menu preparation of the special Valentine's weekend special. We decided on the Brussels Sprouts Starter which was delicious and selected the linguini prepare with pesto, sun dried tomatoes, asparagus mushrooms. My wife added shrimp I added chicken. Although both the shrimp chicken were cooked perfectly, we agreed that next time we would not added a meat. The dish was very delicious on it's own. We would definitely ask for Anthony to serve us on our next visit!
The service was exceptional. The food was good, but not exceptional. For the price I expected a little better. That being said, I would eat here again. Nice atmosphere, quaint and friendly.
