Today was not as good as usual. The checkout was very nice. The guy who made our sandwiches was rude to barely distribute one of the avocados on our sandwiches. We paid for it. Was very disappointed by this visit. My mom said she won't be back to this place because of the service.
I love their sandwiches, friendly staff and fast service
Until the sandwich shop to go Jimmy John's is the best in town. The food is freshly clean and the facility is clean. Yes Service is fast people are friendly and the way they prepare our sandwiches is very knowledgeable. Everything's good with you and your food.
Food is always delivered quickly. We order for business lunches at the office quite regularly. My only issue is that many times they do not make the sandwiches exactly as customized . (i.e.: I don 't like spicy mustard and have it removed but it ends up coming on the sandwich) AND, we have one Employee who always adds the Kickin ' Ranch sauce and pays for it and most of the time it never gets delivered. It has become the running joke. Out of the last 10 orders, he has received it twice. Pay attention to the details. You are not the cheapest price in town and not the best sandwiches either. You are just convenient so give us what we ask and pay for.
