Chester's Fried Chicken Pbg

I stopped in to try Chester's after seeing so many good reviews. I grabbed an 8pc family meal. The chicken was great, hot and crispy- I would get it again. However, I really wasn't impressed with the sides. I've had more superior mashed potatoes, macaroni and biscuits elsewhere. I can easily forgive this though because the workers were very kind, and everything was rather cheap when compared to Popeyes similar chains. I think it works in a pinch! Oh and fyi- it's inside the Chevron station, in the back right-hand corner. Was pretty clean and well taken care of when I was there.

I ordered from DoorDash and everything came hot, with fresh cold drinks. But much to my mistrust, the food was AWFUL. The honey butter biscuits were burned and DISGUSTING made them unusable. The chicken pliers have arrived dry, without condiments such as Ranch or Bbq Sauce. The roasted corn was only spun bread on corn; no butter or actual unmistakable taste, I could not force myself to finish this. The potato wedges were the worst I've ever tried in life compared to KFC wedges. I was thrilled with this new restaurant, but I will never come back. I literally threw away the WHOLE food, I wouldn't even feed my child, the garbage. I only give 1 star because the order came quickly correctly from DoorDash. The food was flat from GROSS. Just go to Bud's Chicken Seafood you're better...

This food was absolutely TERRIBLE?. There was nothing to compensate for the evil, excessively chewing chicken, because even the sides were rough. The potato wedges lubricated like a block of UNkooked, raw potato with NO taste or spice. The roasted corn was an overly sweet and salty MUSHY joke. The biscuits were somehow tolerable, but even they were muddy inside and could have been raw dough. The whole place is only Ugh! Never eat again!
