Bidra med feedbackThis is a spacious, well-maintained restaurant. Be sure to try the Vitthal Kamat special potato wada. They also have a good selection of South Indian dishes.
I was looking forward to trying authentic Marathi dishes, but was disappointed to find mainly basic main course items and South Indian dishes on the menu. However, the Vittal Batata Vada was delicious!
Vithal Kamat on NH 8 is my go-to spot for breakfast whenever I am visiting Tarapur or traveling further, whether for business or with my family. The restaurant is clean, tidy, and serves piping hot South Indian delicacies like Idli, Dosa, and Misal that are absolutely delicious. They also offer a variety of other options. It's a great place to stop for a meal on the highway and offers good value for money. Please note that pets are not allowed.
Delicious veg food, whenever we goes we prefer south indian dishes.staff is also good , crowdy place.
On our way to Mumbai, this Vithal Kamat restaurant is at Manor, Palghar. You will need to be on a watch out as you need to take a avoid taking a flyover and take a service road. The washrooms (gents ladies) are neat and clean and they keep decent quality hand wash. They have ample seating space both in door and out door. Being a rainy day, we preferred sitting outside in the open. We ordered for Batata Wada without the pav (buns) and tea. The wadas were fresh, hot and tasty.... Rather Lovely.... We ordered a double plate. Amazing Tasty Wadas.
