Whataburger - Palestine

This whataburger is probably among one of the better ones I've been to. Having undergone a total remodel a few years back, it's one of the nicer, more modern, and cleaner ones, as well. The service is always great, the food is good, and management is always eager to more than make up for any mistakes or errors. Great location, right off the loop, and across from the high school. Easy in, easy out. They get a lot of business, but handle the orders pretty quickly, so don't let a long drive thru line deter you from stopping; it'll go pretty fast. All in all, I recommend stopping by, especially for breakfast!Vegetarian options: They have a pretty good salad selection.Dietary restrictions: They're happy to accommodate any needs you communicate to them.Parking: Tons of parking, big spacious lot that is next to a strip center so you could even park over there if you had a trailer or were towing something.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids meals to choose from.. high chairs and boosters available. Nice clean changing table in restroom.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps, accessible parking, wider doorways, handicap accessible restroom, and accessible seating available

Jerry was exceptionally polite and professional. Always makes sure everything is correct before handing it out.

Usually it's very good but on my last visit I had to wait over ten minutes because the two cars at the front of both lanes had special orders. They should have made one of the vehicles pull up to a parking spot to free up a lane so the cars behind them can exit. I had over half of my lunch eaten before I left the serving lanes...

Good meal! Fast service!! Men's bathroom needed cleaning.

Went through the drive-thru. Was super fast! Whataburger is the best!
